This char kway teow is very different from normal kway teow that I had, it’s halal so no pork lard at all, and the uncle added chilli padi if we request for spicy.
The char kway teow have wok hey, not too sweet (which I prefer), quite tasty and have it with the chilli padi, it’s shiok 😋.
