It feels awesome to be able to dine in again! We joined the snaking queue for a meal at Tsui Wah in Jem. For a more substantial bite, I picked the baked pork chop with fried rice. This dish is served piping hot with a thick slab of breadcrumbs-crusted meat together with diced tomato, onion, carrot, celery, mushroom and topped with tomato purée and cheese baked over rice. Looks mouth-watering and tastes yummy too.
