Latest collaboration with @hvala_sg , this uji matcha ice cream is made from a blend of Matcha powder from Nishio, Wazuka, Aichi, Kyoto Prefecture respectively. Matcha flavour is distinct albeit subtle, not so for the hardcore matchaholics. Would have personally preferred for a higher intensity! Previously tried the version made using @matchayasg powder, but I must admit that there wasn’t any significant difference between the 2. 😅 No doubt the softserve at @hvala_sg still carried off a more intense and robust earthy and umami note! .
