This is pretty good. Served with a side of fresh crunchy mesclun salad (wild rocket leaves / arugula, spinach, chard), whose vegetal bitter earthy sweet flavours are complemented by the rich nutty peanut sauce.

The brioche bread muffins are soft and spongy in texture, with a bready sweet flavour.

A generous portion of shredded pork in rich gravy sits over it, with delicious sweet savoury flavour, although the texture of the pork wasn't as tender as I'd like, being more stringy chewy instead.

Topped with perfectly poached eggs with home made hollandaise sauce. Cut into the runny egg yolk, and watch it ooze all over the pork and muffins, blending with the gravy beautifully.
