Love celebrating this festive season indulging in all the log cakes and turkey and ham !!

Featured here is one of their Christmas specials - the Hojicha matcha yuzu cake.

This cake has 12 layers of alternating Hojicha cream and matcha cake with one layer of yuzu cream. First time having such a combination but i think this works well. The yuzu helps to cut through the tea taste to give a burst of citrus sourness.

I do think it’s good for sharing cos it’s a pretty huge slice :)
