This was the main course for the night, featuring a Duck Confit which was really tender and juicy that I fell in love with it from the very first bite. Fyi, I don't usually take duck meat very well! .

The duck is marinated with cumin powder, and red wine reduction is also used. I love how I could distinctly taste all the different components, yet all of it seemed to come together harmoniously☺️

The dish is also accompanied with Truffle Potato Foam, which had a delightfully light texture, along with an assortment of glazed vegetables.
