sad to say BKT in singapore so so.. those so-called popular ones not really my taste.. some with overwhelmin peppery taste or somejust Bak Kut soup (aka very piggy flavour) .u have any good one in mind?
Dixon Chan is a hardcore BKT fan! Herbal style that is. I love pepper style. Fav are: 黃亞細 Rangoon Road & 老字號 at Tiong Bahru. It's about the fatty pork ribs, pepper soup and the braised trotter!
