One of my favourite burgers at the newly opened Three Buns at Robertson Quay, chiefly because of the sweet and sour acidity of home-made watermelon rind relish which cuts right through the richness of the meaty patties, onion puree, Three Islands Mayo and melted cheese. Chef Adam Penney from London’s iconic burger joint Lonsdale is at the helm of Potato Head’s Three Buns new stand-alone location, and this burger is a nostalgic throwback to his childhood.
