Okay, the lighting of this modern European fine dining is really bad, the pictures are totally not appealing at all and I truly understand how “photogenic” my food looks.

But on a serious note, the iberico pork was perfectly cooked and succulent. I was doubting on the server’s recommendation for a well done pork literally as I usually have mine at medium, hence I chose medium well in the end. It was not so dry at all and pretty well cooked I must say.
