1-for-1 with #burpplebeyond!

Throw back to last Friday’s dinner at @waacowsg Marina One with my dear friend! So glad that Waa Cow offers non-beef option. (although one might be thinking why would you even go to Waa Cow if you are a non-beef eater 😂).

Started the 3-course meal off with Mentaiko scallops. 6 pieces of flame-torched Hokkaido scallops drizzled with Mentaiko sauce, topped with scallions and tobiko. Though they were rather thin slices, the scallops were bursting with sweetness and a hint of smokiness, which complemented really well with the creamy Mentaiko sauce. An appetizer that definitely whet my appetite!
