Mind blowing meals served at perch!

Specially picked this place for my birthday lunch meal and my my, wasn't disappointed at all!

Firstly, loved the casual ambience of the place. With comfy cushion circular chairs and even with a little glimpse of the jewel waterfall!

When the food was served, I was totally mind blown at every bite. Got the European mains - local duck leg confit ($24++) and pan fried red snapper ($24++)

I usually do not order red snapper as a mains at Western/fusion restaurant, but this turned out to the best choice. The mashed potato with the beurre blanc (white butter wine sauce) was sooooo good and aromatic that I kept licking off the mashed potato! The sauce completed the fresh red snapper so so well!

The duck confit was good as well, just that I preferred the red snapper dish more! This duck confit was served with orange carrot mousse (wow!) and carrot tarragon foam. All these mousse and foam sure brought the dish up a notch! Top this off with the slightly sour pickled mustard seed jus.

Most enjoyable meal! So good that I will be back again!!🤩
