We used to travel to Chai Chee for lunch just for this back when I was still working around Bedok. Not the cheapest lunch option, but you get many pieces of fresh fish slices slicked in a thick, savoury zhup begging to be spooned over rice. 中 It might be a little salty for some, but I always found it so satisfying slathered over rice, especially with sliced chilli padi.
