The beef striploin is grilled medium rare together with a decent piece of foie gras and finally a good dose of truffle for an overall flavourful experience. That said, the service could be a LOT better. We were made to wait close to 30 mins for our dish to be served and the bowl of salmon mentai from Yuki Onna took almost 45 minutes! I will probably do a takeaway or else, stick to Yuki Onna.
