Recently they even got listed on Michelin Gourmand Bib. Other than their best dish, which is the signature curry fish head, my favorite got to be their bitter gourd with egg. Sorry I love bitter gourd so everything with bitter gourd is so good. 😋

Their bitter gourd is also cooked with salted egg whites, which makes it even saltier and also tastier. Love this addition as they compliment each other so well.
