Went down to Empress Porridge after work to try out their famous porridge and it did not disappoint! Favourite dish was the chicken scallops porridge with century egg and it’s really worth the $4! Yummy! They also have a special teochew dish called kueh teng (粿汤) which is peng kueh (饭粿) in fish maw soup (鱼鳔汤)! Never knew it could be eaten this way! 👍🏻 #burpple
