Joy Hing's Three Treasure Rice was such a steal. At HKD42, it came with steamed chicken in soy sauce, roasted duck and char siew. My favourite of the three types of meat was the char siew- thick but sufficiently tender with distinct charred caramel flavour. And topping the meat off was the addictive condiment of garlic and spring onion in sesame oil. The rice portion in HK is generally bigger, making it hard for me to finish, but for these beautiful cuts, it was wiped clean within minutes!
