This is my idea of heaven all in one dish, with fresh hairy crab tossed together with aka sea uni! The tossed mixture is then placed inside a empty crab shell, and elegantly topped with more uni. A heavenly combination of the sweetness of crab meat and the rich creaminess of uni. It will be available too in their 8-course semi Omakase dinner at $168++.
