One of our favourite places for udon is Tamoya. The ordering process is similar as to ordering yong tau foo. You order a base dish (in our case, a large beef udon) and then you add the extra sides (ebi, sweet potato and fish cake tempura). There are many extras for you to choose from. We love the texture of the udon and the taste of the broth which is hard for other places to replicate!
