Finally trying this authentic Sichuan restaurant specialising in ้
ธ่้ฑผ aka Suancai & Fish!

Last August, @taiersingapore opened its first Singapore branch at @jewelchangiairport and quickly attracted long queues. Now, they opened a second outlet at @jemsingapore in Jurong East!

I was so excited to try their Signature Chinese Suancai & Fish, which is served in different sizes according to the number of pax! The huge bowl was loaded with Sichuan peppercorns, dried chilies, suancai, filleted tilapia and a sprinkle of chrysanthemum petals. I can finally understand why itโs so popular now! The broth was so robust and well-flavored as the spiciness, sourness(mild) and mala flavors come together in harmony. Itโs so appetite whetting! I finished the whole bowl of rice before knowing it!
Other dishes we tried were:
The beef slices were surprisingly super tender, huge and not too spicy.

Thoroughly fried, the whole shrimp could be eaten! So crispy!

A classic dish done right! The chicken pieces were tender, smooth and moist.

Tastes alike to Mochi, itโs so soft and chewy and goes really well with the sugared dip.

To curb the spicy mala flames brewing in your mouth, @taiersingapore provides self-service free-flow roselle and tangerine tea!
