Also tried the Spicy Crab Fried Rice, which surprisingly, wasn’t as spicy as the okonomiyaki omelette. Packed with heavy seafood flavours from crabmeat, scallops, and some dried Sakura shrimps. The dish was further elevated with an additional dimension from the spicy rempah, and dried chili. Would have been better with a stronger wok-hei.
