Katsu-Ni is basically pork or chicken katsu cutlet served with egg and shoyu stock in a hotpot. As it is drenched in the stock, it won’t be as crispy as the usual katsu cutlet. What’s special is that the stock doesn’t make the katsu too wet or soggy because the batter in not that thin. It is just the right amount of softness, making it a nice comfort food
