I love wings with a vengeance, so seeing this Alitas De Pollo on the menu I knew there was no saying no. Fried habanero chicken wings, tossed in a tangy and addictive mojo sauce, then finished with pickled jalapeños — the flavours and textures in there are beyond stellar. I especially loved how the pickled jalapeños aren't those jarred ones we get, instead a crunchy kinda sweet pickle that mellow down both the spice and the vinegar. So instead of stopping at a bite and acknowledging my bursting tummy, I went ahead and took a piece after another.
