Quite liked the Almond Torte here; the whole dessert feels like a good flourless chocolate cake — rich, decadent and sweet while coming with a meringue-esque crust which comes with a chew. The mousse helps to neutralize the sweetness, while the candied citrus helps to bring a little tang for some contrast. Chunks of almond are found within the Torte to create some form of crunch for texture — a pretty luxurious dessert for the chocolate lover.
