Deconstructed strawberry shortcake. It was really enjoyable and fun to eat trying to get all the components in each bite. Sweet, creamy, buttery and sour. You don’t want to miss a thing. Perhaps the addition of toasted silvered almonds would have been the perfect icing on the cake to add textures.
