The ichigo (frozen strawberries) were icy and tangy, berry sour but refreshing! Lavender gelato was creamy, thick with a lingering and aromatic floral fragrance ; personally prefer the softserve version for a smoother and softer texture. Milk pudding was firm albeit wobbly, a pretty mild flavour that was enhanced by the tangy homemade berry sauce. Matcha granola and toasted rice puffs were a pleasant addition that provided a crunch factor to the other softer components. Really love this combination where every element was an enjoyable and significant contribution for both the sight and sense! πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ’œπŸ’œ
