If you want cafe food but done with an Asian slant, let me present to you the “Boufe Breakfast Don”, a rice bowl to satisfy that criteria.
Upon the base of Japanese rice is half of a miso-glazed grilled avocado, chunky pieces of mustard-squiggled “sio bak” (roasted pork belly) complete with a killer crunchy skin, a dry-ish spicy dried shrimp sambal and sous vide egg. As you can tell, it is a mash-up of assorted Asian tastiness. Eat the components separately or try mixing and matching them to find a combo to suit your tastebuds.
