I'm on the fence about the Tagliatelle ($48++), not really sure how I feel about it. The flavours were more subtle that I expected - black garlic? Parma ham essence? I thought these would be brought out more.
However, the pan-seared Abalone was good; bouncy but not rubbery, with that welcomed umami-sweetness in every bite.
