The Siobak Aglio ($24.90) was my favourite dish from @froth.sg like wow which one of us doesn’t love a good ol’ crispy skin, slow roasted pork belly?
They also used my favourite type of pasta, linguine, for the base of this pasta dish. The pasta was springy and flavourful despite it being light. The aglio olio was the perfect option to go with the siobak.
One thing I would change about this dish was the pork jerky on top which was a pretty weird element to the dish. It tasted like a caramelised bacon that was slightly burnt, but maybe it’s acquired?
