Among the dishes, I loved the La La Bee Hoon ($18) that was peppery, umami and filled to the brim with clams. The Deep Fried Sea Bass with Thai Turmeric Sauce (seasonal price) was vying for second place with its fresh and fleshy meat, covered with the sweet and savory turmeric sauce which reminded me slightly of Rojak sauce.
