Enjoyed this more than expected! The soft scram was light and fluffy, the star of the burger. The smashed beef patty was tasty, blending well with the fermented garlic butter which really elevated the flavour of the whole burger. Bacon onion jam was an interesting addition to the savoury flavours - but I think the presence of the jam was what made this burger a brunch/breakfast companion. Worth a try!
