First had Zakuzaku in Japan and now they’re opening in ION on 30th Nov. Apart from their signature Croquant Chou Zakuzaku ($2.80), try this limited Christmas special, Jingle Berry Zakuzaku! The berry filling was refreshingly light and tangy, pairing well with its crunchy exterior. Also liked that there’s a good ratio of filling to puff. Other items up on their menu are the Zakuzaku Soft Serve ($6), Hiyazaku ($3.80) and a bunch of upcoming limited edition menu items unique to our local store.
