I usually incline towards soy bean paste based stews or spicy seafood stews, because I’m not that big a fan of the sourish base in kimchi stews that gets a little jelak for me too quickly. Asked for help in recommendations and ended up here in Todamgol - thank you Casey! I liked the well managed balance of flavours which made it so much easier to slurp on and the thick chunky luncheon meat slices were shiok. Our only gripe, more instant noodles please?
