I fondly remember their superior soup to be robust and flavourful as they have added in Shaoxing wine before serving and their signature are the huge bursting meatballs. This time round, we also ordered their Dry Pan Mee that has been tossed in a special sweet dark sauce, served with an onsen egg and sides of minced meat, fried shallots and fried anchovies. In my opinion, the dry noodles are so good that I wouldn’t mind coming back again just for it with an additional order of meatballs in the superior stock.
