@chixhotchicken is definitely serving up one of the best fried chicken in sg. The skin is paper-thin but bursting with flavour and crunch and the meat is so juicy. There are 4 published levels of spice to choose from. I went for the medium which is a level 2. It would be suitable for Singaporeans with a basic tolerance level for chilli. We also had the chicken tenders of varying levels of hotness starting at level 3 and I threw in the towel at level 4 with tears and sweat thrown in too! Special mention to the coleslaw which provided a refreshing respite from the heat as their housemade coleslaw was extra aromatic from the cumin spices added.
