Linguine tossed in a red wine tomato sauce with deliciously tender slow cooked chunks of beef cheeks topped with a 63-degree onsen egg and cheese, I enjoyed the flavour of this so much I kept returning for more forkfuls of this no-frills pasta dish! It might be a communal experience this restaurant aims to provide diners with, but I'd gladly have this all to myself! 😋
