Most tuna sandwiches tend to go a bit overboard with the mayo in the tuna filling. It's like they are trying their best to cover up all evidence of it ("nope, no tuna in here"). The one I had at Artisan Boulangerie & Co. is different. Yes, there is a little mayo mixed in but there's also a touch of lemon to give the tuna a fresh lift. They use the "challah", a soft, slightly sweet and savoury braided bread to make their sandwich, and add garnishes of sprouts, tomatoes and lettuce. It was a nice change from my usual corned beef sandwich.
