This cake exudes such a homemade feel that I could almost literally taste the sincerity of the baker.

The cake was moist and had a lovely flavour . I liked how the natural sweetness of the apples came through with a light hint of honey .

Served warm with a scoop of lovely early grey ice cream , this was such a lovely dessert to end the weekend on a good note .
