Crust is the usual curry puff crust except it’s in a reddish pink colour. Was quite surprised with the heat packed in here though the ma la flavour wasn’t the strongest. Pretty nice snack with a kick of heat and different ingredients - bamboo shoots, onions and peanuts, along with chicken cubes.
