I remember feeling really jaded after my first 2 visits to Melbourne, seeing how most cafes kinda just regurgitate the plain ol’ avocado toasts in all shapes and form, but nothing really interesting or innovative to really wow anyone. My last trip though? Found a couple of amaaaaazing spots and White Mojo’s definitely among the my faves. Their Chilli Scrambled Eggs and Soft Shell Crab Croissants are NOT to be missed. The former’s impossibly creamy with a surprisingly strong hit from the chilli, nicely balanced with generous shavings of cheese and a sizable slab of bacon. As for the croissant — think smoked chipotle sauce, crisp soft shelled crab, a buttery croissant, and some runny yolks to tie it all together
