Mad for Garlic is a restaurant that has all its dishes cooked and based on garlic - making their dishes potentially extremely flavourful (that is if you like garlic). Originating from Korea, this is an Italian themed restaurant based entirely on garlic. This place or garlicky prawn linguine was like aglio olio, but with garlic bits drizzled all over too. It was delicious, except that the number of prawns given was too few, disproportionate to the amount of linguine on the plane. It amounted to about 1.5 prawns, and while it was pan-seared with great taste and char, you don’t really get to savour or appreciate it because the portion was just so small. Not a bad dish, however, for the price, I would have appreciated more ingredients.
