Tamoya udon’s latest Japanese Shirataki noodles has zero calorie! It is made from konjac root that is high in fibre, vegan, gluten- free and low in carbs. The shirataki noodles comes in four flavours including Oooh-mami, Cold, Kake and Sanuki. My favourite bowl goes to the beef kake. The shirataki noodles tasted similar to glass noodles that has almost no taste. What makes the difference is the light dashi soup broth and tasty beef slices🍜 .
