I have ordered the Chef’s Special “Roast Pork Sandwich” ($20++) and has my fries changed to Mixed Green Salad. I like how the slow-cooked pork was served with pickled coleslaw, whole grain mustard and sautéed onion. I love how the balance between the choice of ingredients with the saltiness of the mustard. It’s pretty darn good! However the bread was the only thing that I do not fancy, wished it could be a little “toasted” and served hot.
