Have been hearing about Kipos and had to give it a try since I quite like Daily Cut’s salads too. I got the large size and I liked how generous the portions were for the price! You get two carbs and lots of other toppings, so it’s really a lot. I’ll probably get a small next time.

What’s good about Kipos is that I could get more “premium” veggies without any additional cost, like spinach, and rocket (which I really love). There’s also tamagoyaki instead of the typical onsen egg. I actually wanted the mentaiko salmon for my protein because the mentaiko mayo on top looks so generous, but it was very unfortunately unavailable when I went there, so I settled for the miso marinated salmon. It was pretty good- soft and tender inside, but I think I’ll be back for the mentaiko salmon still.

The sauces are also quite interesting here. I got truffle shoyu, which was slightly sweet and had a strong truffle, and my friend got roasted sesame, which had a thicker sesame taste than your typical sesame dressing. Would try this again!
