If you thought that’s the end, it’s certainly not as the potato is then fried and topped with sour cream and fresh za’atar. This might seem like any other hashbrowns that you can get elsewhere but #nothingistooimproper when it comes to Artichoke. The crispy outer shell is just the first layer of amazingness before you reach deeper in to get the warm and starchy potato. The sour cream gives it an uplifting zing that awakens your palate while the spices accentuate the flavour and aroma.
