The La Rose ($15) has a base of chocolate mousse with Grand Marnier-soaked cocoa sponge, almond nougatine and caramel (which they claim is exotic); the fancy thing on top is just dark chocolate Chantilly sprayed to look pretty. I mean if you really need to eat chocolate cake in the shape of a rose, at least you know there’s this. @antoinette_sg
