Especially loved the cny special pineapple tart ice cream, which really tasted like the real cookie itself. You know they weren’t shortchanging you on the ingredients when you find bits of pineapple fibre in your ice cream. The cookie bits also added a nice change in texture. Salted butterscotch ice cream was great as well, and the salt did not overpower the butterscotch flavours but rather accentuated the flavour even more.
