Angus Striploin(I had it Medium Rare), Red Wine Reduction, Fries & Salad($12)🙂 - Decent. Judging from the colour, I don't think that is medium rare, more like medium. After having a bite, I am quite confirm of it as there isn't much juiciness, lightly seasoned beefy meat was a bit firm and tough yet chewy. Taste was kinda plain meaty if without adding sauce or seasoning to it. Though it comes red wine reduction but nothing beats having classic salt and pepper to enhance the taste.
Sides were pleasing which are light savoury crispy medium-cut fries and leafy salad with spicy mayo dressing.
