This is such a promising dish especially with that alluring Boston lobster topped with mentaiko and served with gruyere cheese and toasted brioche.

The lobster was however strangely fishy, possibly due to either the mentaiko or the lobster flesh itself. It's a pity, cos this could have been their highlight. We had provided the feedback and I'll watch out for other reviews to see if this was fixed in subsequent plates served.
