It’s little wonder how Relish was a must visit for me; after all there isn’t a fine dining place I had visited twice apart from Wild Rocket.

This is indeed a show-stopper; featuring Thai Basil Minced Chicken, Bee Tai Mak and Sous-Vide Egg, the Bee Tai Mak is already impressive being slurpy and easy to eat without carrying the usual aftertaste one would associate the short noodles with. Couple that with the amazing Thai Basil Minced Chicken that is all savoury and aromatic with a spicy kick which also carries a crunch with the addition of long beans, and the sous-vide egg which helps to add a silky texture, this was a dish where the impression still holds strong after every morsel. A dish that is pretty much easy to understand, but so well-executed that we would wholeheartedly go for again, not to mention the pleasing aesthetics in its plating.
