The star of the show was none other than their BBQ Galbi. The tenderness of the beef was beyond exquisite. Lightly grilled, the meat was both succulent and melty with all the flavours locked in. And served with it was a small bouquet of salad and their claypot burdock rice. Not to be outperformed by the protein, their gobo rice really delivered with the sprinkle of garlic crumbles and embellishment of juicy grilled Maitake mushrooms.
